How much notice do you need?+
We recommend booking 3–4 weeks before your event. Short-notice orders may be possible, depending on availability and the level of personalisation.
Can you match any party theme?+
Yes. Share your colours, invitation or theme and we’ll create a coordinated design. Licensed character artwork may be subject to availability and usage restrictions.
Is a deposit required?+
A non-refundable booking deposit secures your event date. The remaining balance and collection or delivery details are confirmed with your final quote.
Do you cater for allergies?+
Please list every allergy when enquiring. We can discuss suitable alternatives, but products may be prepared or sourced where allergens are handled.
Do you deliver?+
Collection and local delivery options can be discussed in your quote. Delivery charges depend on location, order size and event date.
